Today was exquisite as well. I know I'm not writing much these days, but I don't know what to say other than, "I can't believe this is where I live".

I thought it might get redundant if I said that every single post. Too late. I already said it again.

Oh yes, food. I can say something about that. I made chicken cordon bleu (sp?) at least I think it was. I stuffed chicken breasts with raw cheese, wrapped them in prosciutto and covered them in a variation of a Bechamel (sp?) sauce. Tasted like the real thing to me. Regardless, dinner was delicious. I'm putting myself on what I'd like to call "The French Diet". Rich and decadent foods in small portions. I can't tell you how many times I eaten a massive quantity of something not so tasty and at the end realized I ate so much because I was waiting for it to get good. No more of that!!! From now on tasty delights, but half the size. So far I've lost nothing, but neither have I gained anything AND I don't feel so nasty stuffed all the time so that's a plus. For lunch we had prosciutto, apples, raw cheddar, and mandarins. It was lovely. Dinner was the chicken cordon bleu with gold and red beets and a spring mix salad with home made dressing that has cream in it. Oh yeah. I could write about food forever. I'm going to stop now. ;-)

Lovies and lunchables,

-K

You little one's hair cut is just too cute!

I love your new food diet (PS How are the allergies coming along now that you've moved?). I spend so much time waiting for my meal to taste good and then I realise I'm stuffed full and I didn't really enjoy it. I should take a leaf out of your book!

I love everything about this post :)

Allie, THANK YOU! Your tumblr is so cute!

Hey Tess, I don't know what to do about recipes because for the most part I just eyeball stuff, I don't really measure and I usually just make stuff up or look at ingredient lists in food or recipes and then just play with it. But if I do try a specific recipe (wanna try to make julia child's souffle) I will definitely share.

Thank you all for your comments, I do love that kidlet, AND my top (Christmas present from The Mr.)

Jasmine!!!! Congrats on your wedding, can't wait to see pics! The allergies are doing pretty well, I'm still allergic to wheat if it hasn't been soaked or soured but most of the others are gone thanks to the new doctor I've been seeing, I wish you lived here so you could go to him, I think he would help you tremendously!!! :-D

Marisa, thanks for the add! :-)
